This Menu is from the Nembe area of Bayelsa State and it is an emergency soup cooked when there is nothing at home

 

Delicacies              18th July 2009 Menu                 Bread Pudding  Ingredients Bread Crumbs Eggs    Milk     Peas White Onions      Salt     Butter Method Mix egg and milk add peas white onions and salt pour in bread crumbs mix very well and pour into cake pan top with a little bottle and place in the ovun Please grease the pan first. 

 

 



 

Delicacies              23rd July 2009  Menu    White Rice Vegetable Sauce  Ingredients  Carrot Cabbage  Green Peas    Spring Onions  Curry Garlic   Seasoning   Flour Chicken Stock  Chicken   and Salt  Method  Boil rice with bay leaves little butter and salt allow to cook till tender Slice all the vegetables place butter into the pot allow to melt add flour and dry for 2minutes then add stock gradually until you get the right consistency add Chicken allow to cook for 3 minutes add vegetable and seasoning and spice allow to cook for about 3 minutes Serve with the Rice
